Expert RAW brings professional camera features to your Samsung smartphone, including easy lens switching and RAW image capture. Sound Assistant allows you to customize app-specific volume presets and appearance on your Galaxy smartphone. Galaxy Enhance-X uses AI tools to restore old photos and provides user-friendly controls.
Having access to a huge selection of apps available from the Galaxy Store and Google Play Store is one of the biggest benefits of owning a Samsung phone. Both stores offer a wide range of games and apps for every conceivable purpose, and their overlap means you can alternate between using one or the other to find most software.
The Galaxy Store, on the other hand, offers certain exclusive apps for Samsung users that are not available on Google Play. These apps are specially designed for Samsung Galaxy smartphones and can significantly boost performance and functionality to help you get the most out of your device. Today, we’re taking a look at the best Galaxy Store exclusive apps you should install right now if you want to get the most out of your phone.

Expert RAW
Expert Raw is a free standalone app that adds advanced professional features to upgrade your Samsung phone’s camera.
Expert Raw is a must-have app for anyone who wants to upgrade their Samsung Galaxy to pro for free. This is a standalone camera app that updates the interface with speed, exposure value, and focus instead of the usual options. Dedicated buttons for telephoto, wide-angle, and ultra-wide-angle lenses are also a useful feature, making it easy to switch lenses instantly while shooting.
The app can also take RAW and JPEG shots at the same time, offering incredible versatility for hobbyists and professionals alike. Professional software like PhotoShop makes it easy to adjust color balance and change the exposure of RAW images. At the same time, your phone’s correction tools will optimize your JPEGs to keep them looking their best without any editing. Expert RAW takes some time to get used to for a beginner like me, but it was worth it because once you get the hang of it, the output is great.
2 Sound Assistant
Customize your Galaxy’s sound settings

sound assistant
Sound Assistant allows you to fine-tune your sound settings and customize your phone’s interface with per-app volume controls and extensive decorative features.
Samsung’s Sound Assistant is a fun app that lets you customize your phone’s volume controls and tweak settings. I like that I can remap my phone’s volume buttons to control media sound instead of ringtone level. It is also used to skip tracks when enjoying music. Individual app volume is another feature you can’t live without, as you can use a simple slider to preset the level for Spotify, YouTube, and other apps to your liking.
Aesthetically, the Sound Assistant allows you to move the volume panel from right to left and adjust the number of steps to reach the minimum and maximum levels. The expanded volume panel is very useful as it adds an app volume bar and additional toolbar options for quick access to equalizer and other settings. As someone who loves personalizing their phones, I appreciate being able to add custom themes and lighting effects to the volume panel, as well as adding floating dials for a retro feel.
3 Galaxy Enhance X

Galaxy Enhance X
Samsung’s Galaxy Enhance-X app includes AI tools to enhance old photos and edit new ones to increase resolution and sharpen them.
Galaxy Enhance-X is another great Samsung-specific app that uses advanced AI tools to miraculously restore your images. I recently used this feature on an old black and white photo of my grandparents. Accurately colorize your photos, make them sharper and clearer, and remove unwanted shadows in seconds. A handy slider allows you to switch between previous and next shots to see your improvements before saving.
In addition to restoring old photos, Galaxy Enhance-X can also help remove motion blur from out-of-focus shots and improve shot brightness and resolution. There are also fun options like 24-hour timelapse and skyguide tools. Galaxy Enhance-X is fairly easy to use for complex apps, and with all the buttons placed logically at the bottom of the display, it doesn’t take long to get used to.
4 Good Lock
Unique customization options to make your phone stand out

good rock
The Good Lock app has several modules that allow you to personalize wallpapers, themes, keyboards, and just about every part of your Samsung experience.
Good Lock is a customization app that allows you to customize almost every visual aspect of your Galaxy phone with countless features. Thankfully, it’s divided into several modules, including Theme Park for creating custom themes, Keys Cafe for changing keyboard settings, and NavStar for organizing your navigation bar, to name a few. This setting allows you to focus on one aspect of personalization at a time and avoids being overwhelmed by too many options.
Wonderland is my favorite Good Lock module because it lets you create custom wallpapers using photos from your gallery and adds movement effects when you tilt your phone. Keys Cafe is also very good because it allows you to change the color of your keyboard to something more exciting and create custom layouts with each button and symbol placed where you want it. NavStar is another interesting tool that allows you to replace your phone’s navigation bar icons with bespoke options and add new swipe gesture controls. Goodlock’s many features will keep you busy for hours. If you invest the time, you can get a unique phone like no other.
5 Camera Assistant
Simple tools to improve your camera functionality

camera assistant
Camera Assistant is a user-friendly app with easy sliders to adjust and add new features to your Samsung Galaxy’s camera app.
The advantage of a camera assistant app is that it allows you to improve the functionality of your camera while keeping it simple and maintenance-free. The app consists of a single page with convenient set-and-forget sliders to add 2x zoom shortcuts, image softening, and automatic lens switching to the standard camera app.
If you move to the bottom of the page, you can enable the Quick Tap Shutter feature, distortion correction, and prioritize focus over speed. I often use the multi-photo timer option. This allows you to take 1 to 7 photos in timer mode and adjust the interval between shots from 1 to 3 seconds. Audio monitoring is another useful feature of this app that plays the audio of the video you are recording from your headphones or speakers via Bluetooth or HDMI.
6 good guardian
Optimize your phone to extend its lifespan

good guardians
Good Guardians is a free app suite that includes several modules to monitor and improve the performance and lifespan of your Galaxy phone.
Good Guardians uses various modules to keep my Samsung Galaxy phone in top condition, monitor its health and optimize its settings. The list includes Battery Tracker, Battery Guardian, Galaxy App Booster, Thermal Guardian, Memory Guardian, and Media File Guardian, which among them handles every aspect of your phone’s performance.
Battery Tracker and Battery Guardian are modules that I often use on the go. This allows you to monitor battery usage for each app over a 24-hour or 7-day period and enable various power-saving features when the battery is low. Thermal Guardian is useful for monitoring your phone’s temperature and CPU usage. This includes a brightness limiter and other tools to protect your phone’s internals when it gets too hot and make it last longer.
