Ola Electric plans to expand its owned service network to 1,000 centers by December this year, said Bhavish Agarwal, co-founder and CEO of Ola Electric. said.
The company has approximately 800 stores and 500 service centers nationwide.
“Over the past three years, we have built a market-leading position with over 7L communities. We have nearly 800 stores, but only about 500 service centers. Starting today, that will change. “Anytime, Anywhere Service Network: We will double our company-owned service network to 1,000 centers by December this year,” he added.
The company is training 100,000 third-party mechanics under its network partner program to make all mechanics in India EV-ready by December 2025.
Agarwal promises to provide backup S1 scooters in case of service delays.
“Service issues are resolved in one day! In case of delays, we provide a backup S1 scooter. Plus, Ola Care+ customers also receive a free Ola Cabs coupon until service is resolved. ” he said.
