The Nashville Entrepreneurship Center has announced a program restructuring aimed at increasing entrepreneurs’ chances of success by giving them more autonomy and shortening their time to market.
All NEC programs are now aligned around one calendar timeline, “providing more flexible, efficient and targeted support to entrepreneurs,” according to the announcement.

Starting in 2025, NEC will host two 12-week accelerator cohorts designed to meet the specific needs of entrepreneurs. Participants will have access to on-demand webinars, expert mentoring and personalized learning paths.
“Nashville is the best launch pad for startups because we give founders the freedom to move fast and the support to scale,” Simpson said in the release. “Whether you’re in healthcare, financial services or any industry in Middle Tennessee, our resources and connections can help you succeed. If you believe in your business, Nashville is the place to make it happen, and we’ll support you every step of the way.”
Program Enhancements:
Efficient learning paths: Entrepreneurs are no longer limited to one learning path. Instead, they can attend multiple programs during the same 12-week period.
Wider Network: Participants participate in multiple programs, significantly widening their network and building a larger community.
Reduced time investment: NEC streamlined programming to help entrepreneurs get their products to market faster, reducing learning time to 1-4 hours per week over 12 weeks.
On-Demand Access: Entrepreneurs can now access critical content and mentorship when they need it, ensuring timely support during critical business phases.
