Hello everyone,
We’re excited to share that we’ve hired a senior editor for our business desk. He will work closely with Natasha and our US-based reporters. Louise Matosakis will return to “WIRED” and begin serialization on November 11th.
Many of you have worked with Louise before at WIRED or edited by her at other publications. In my experience, she has an innate understanding of what WIRED stories are about, and more importantly, what WIRED strives to be: smart and newsy. Scoop-driven, vocal, global, and fun.
Louise has written for The Atlantic, NBC News, and Us, among others, and was an influential editor at Semafor and Rest of World before her current stint as a freelancer. I’m looking forward to seeing what kind of mark she will leave on “WIRED” this time.
