BLACKSBURG – The Hokie swim and dive teams earned a dominant victory over George Washington in their first match of the season. The women’s team won 191-107 and the men’s team won 184-112.
Women in technology:
Carmen Wyler-Sastre, Emily Santos, Athena Meneses Kovacs and Emily Cresson started the season with a first place finish in the 200m medley relay in a time of 1:42.38, followed by Kate Anderson and Sydney Cress in the 1000m medley relay. Stearns took first and third place, respectively. free.

Youssef Ramadan, Carles Col Martí, Mario Mora Yanez and Brendan Whitfield started the meet with a first place finish in the 2000m medley relay with a time of 1:26.36, followed by Nico Garcia in the 1000m free.
