Rather than turning his nose up at artificial intelligence, Deepak Chopra is encouraging others to embrace the technology as the next step in human evolution.
We spoke to the New Age guru on Friday’s “TMZ Live,” where he defended the use of artificial intelligence and explained how his online twin, “Digital Deepak,” I highlighted all the ways I have helped others.

As Deepak said, his digital alter ego isn’t scanning the internet and piecing together random or vague answers to users’ questions. Instead, Digital Deepak combs through his vast collection of published works, including books, interviews, Q&As, columns, and more, to handpick answers that reflect his beliefs.
He says that thanks to AI algorithms, he is now able to help thousands of people in a way…people he would never be able to reach due to time and resources.
In fact, DC claims that the chatbot it created has intervened in 5,000 cases of suicidal thoughts.
He further adds… “Technology, like language, is part of human evolution. But now we have many languages. We use physics, biology, astronomy, religion , the language of philosophy, spirituality, and mythology. And no human being has access to all these languages.
However, as Deepak explains, artificial intelligence can bring about positive developments for humanity.
