Cyber ​​Guru Srl, a startup cybersecurity awareness training platform, today announced that it has raised $25 million in new funding.

The company will use the funding to accelerate its artificial intelligence-driven training roadmap, increase sales and marketing resources, and expand its go-to-market operations across Europe.

Founded in 2017, Cyber ​​Guru provides a modern security awareness training platform that helps organizations become more resilient to cyber-attacks by changing employee behavior. The platform trains employees to be the first line of defense against cyber threats with minimal impact on organizational productivity.

The company’s platform offers three main products. One is Cyber ​​Guru Awareness, which provides ongoing training on network and digital threats. Another one is Cyber ​​Guru Phishing. This is a program that uses simulation to educate users about identifying and avoiding phishing attacks. And Cyber ​​Guru Channel delivers training content through storytelling and narrative formats.

Cyber ​​Guru’s training solutions also incorporate gamification and microlearning techniques to maximize user engagement. The program aims to promote safe digital habits within your organization by providing continuous, interactive learning.

Internally, the company uses AI-powered adaptive machine learning models and behavioral science techniques to deliver a “comprehensive security awareness training platform that is engaging, effective, and truly improves an organization’s security posture.” I’m doing it.

Cyber ​​Guru claims 1 million active users using the platform across 700 customers in over 90 countries.

Riverside Acceleration Capital led the Series B round, with participation from Educapital SAS and existing investors Adara Ventures SICAR and P101 SGR SpA.

“Our mission is to improve the resilience of organizations to cyberattacks by transforming user behavior,” said Gianni Baroni, founder and CEO. “Through the use of our proprietary machine learning models and advanced learning techniques, we have built a comprehensive security awareness training platform that is effective in managing and mitigating human risk. We are now ready to take this vision to the world. is in place.”

Cyber ​​Guru has raised $29.38 million to date, including new funding, according to Tracxn data.
