The Cleveland/Bradley Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with Sandler Training, will host “Lead from The Front,” a leadership seminar focusing on work-life balance and active listening, on Wednesday, Oct. 2, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
“Wade Rowan, a long-time platinum-award winning Sandler trainer, will lead an interactive discussion that will inspire and strengthen your leadership abilities,” organizers said. “You will benefit from his corporate training experience and help you become a better leader in your professional and personal lives.”
About the seminar:
Work-life balance traditionally refers to the division between work responsibilities and personal life.
The goal is to have a clear distinction so that work does not interfere with personal time and vice versa. Balance means distributing time and energy evenly between work and personal activities and is often visualized as a scale that should be weighted equally. Work-life blending focuses on harmoniously integrating work and personal life and making the transition between the two smoother. The idea is to blend both aspects in a way that supports and enriches each other. Blending emphasizes flexibility and adaptability, recognizing that work and personal activities can coexist and intermingle throughout the day.
